General Terms & Conditions

Thank you very much for making a purchase or visiting our website. We value your purchase or visit and hope you enjoy your stay and the products we offer.

Please read our terms & conditions carefully before making a purchase from website. These terms & conditions are subject to change at any time without notice. Every transaction is governed by the terms & conditions in place at the time of the transaction. By submitting an order or becoming a member of, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.

1. Cancellation of Orders: We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time.

2. Change of Prices & Products: Prices and products are subject to change at any time without notice.

3. Product Unavailability: We will contact you within 48 hours if a product becomes unavailable after the order has been accepted. We will suggest product alternatives or provide refund for the unavailable product..

4. Dispatch and delivery dates are provided as a guide only. We make no guarantee or responsibility and are not liable for any losses or inconveniences for any failure or delay to deliver products within the expected delivery time. Delivery is carried out by our 3rd party delivery service and you may be contacted by them during the delivery process.

5. Colours depicted should be used as a guide only as some fabrics and materials may appear different depending on lighting conditions, screen qualities and this results in colour variations shown on the website and in the catalogue.

6. Responsibility of Importation: The customer is responsible for the importation of products into their country and must obey the laws and regulations of the country concerning the importation, delivery, purchase and use which are beyond the control of Freezetech-SEA.

7. Amendments to Orders: Any amendments to orders can be made by contacting Freezetech-SEA via email or telephone and speaking with someone who will then receive permission to change the order.

7a. Freezetech-SEA will attempt to accede to your request but reserves the right to refuse it especially If an order has already been dispatched.

8. Payment Before Delivery: Order must be paid for in full prior to delivery.

9. Currency of Prices: All prices are in SGD, Singapore Dollars. Customers are therefore subject to currency exchange rate and any fees as charged by banks, payment gateways, credit card companies and any other service providers involved in the payment process.

10. Currency Exchange Fluctuations: Currecny exchange rates indicated are informative only. Actual rates will be subject to your bank’s or payment gateways prevailing exchange rates. Additional charges may also be imposed by banks and payment gateways which the customer must pay for.

11. Exchange of Products: Freezetech-SEA values our relationship with our clients and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We will, therefore, accept merchandise returns (with certain exclusions) within 7 days from the date of receiving the shipment.

12. Please read the following policies and procedures for exchanges or returns, strictly based on manufacturing defects only:

  • Purchases made on Freezech-SEA can be returned within 7 days upon receiving shipment subject to Freezech-SEA Terms and Conditions under Point 15 governing the Refund Policy - NO REFUND will be made after making payment on Freezech-SEA's website and change-of-mind returns are not allowed. Customers are only allowed to replace item(s) of the same or higher value (top-up differences in price may be required) as exchange which is subjected to stocks availability. If chosen item(s) value is lower than purchase item/items, the price difference will not be refunded.
  • The original receipt and/or return label must accompany the exchange or return.
  • Merchandise must be new in their original box unless the defect is caused by the manufacturer.
  • All manufacturing defects exchange/refund are subjected for verification and approval by Freezech-SEA staff. We will notify you on the outcome after product assessment within 7 working days.
  • All exchange or return must be sent to Freezech-SEA office by hand for SINGAPORE customer.
  • All delivery charges or any return or exchange must be paid by all overseas customer.
  • A processing fee of S$8.00 will be imposed for any exchange made.
  • If you return an item that does not meet our requirements for returns, we reserve the rights to reject the return as we deem fit.

13. Custom Taxes: Prices do not include customs charges, local taxes, tarrifs and other costs imposed by the governments in the buyer's country. Freezetech-SEA does not pay such charges which must be fully paid by the customer. 

14. Ownership of Company; Freeztech-SEA is owned and managed by Emjay Enterprises Pte Ltd. for the purpose of distributing Freeztech products.

15. Refund Policy – NO refund will be made after making payment on Freezech-SEA website.
